Ketua Pengadilan Agama Luwuk Kelas IB, YM Nurmaidah, S.H.I., M.H. bersama dengan Panitera, Panitera Muda, dan Juru Sita mengikuti Bimbingan Teknis Peningkatan Kompetensi Tenaga Teknis di Lingkungan Peradilan Agama dengan tema "Legal Reasoning dalam Putusan Hakim" secara daring di Media Center Pengadilan Agama Luwuk, pada Jumat, tanggal 25 Agustus 2023 pukul 08.00 s.d. 11.00 WIB. Narasumber dalam bimbingan teknis ini, yaitu YM. Dr. H. Yasardin, S.H., M.Hum., Hakim Agung Kamar Agama Mahkamah Agung RI dengan Moderator YM Dr. Ilman Hasjim, S.H.I., M.H., Hakim Yustisial Mahkamah Agung RI, dan Pembawa Acara yaitu Wigati Taberi, S.H

Kegiatan bimbingan teknis diawali dengan membaca Basmallah kemudian menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dilanjutkan dengan Hymne Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia. Setelah itu dilakukan pembacaan ayat suci Alquran oleh YM Muhammad Lukman Hakim, S.Ag., Wakil Ketua Mahkamah Syariah Tapak Tuan dan pembacaan doa oleh YM Dr. Jamadi, Lc, M.E.I., Ketua Pengadilan Agama Sampang.

Selanjutnya kegiatan dibuka dan sambutan oleh Bapak Bambang H. Mulyono, S.H., M.H., Plt. Direktur Jenderal Badan Peradilan Agama Mahkamah Agung RI. Acara selanjutnya adalah penyampaian materi bimbingan teknis dan sesi tanya jawab oleh peserta. Acara bimbingan teknis ditutup oleh Bapak Dr. H. Candra Boy Seroza, S.Ag.,M.Ag., Direktur Pembinaan Tenaga Teknis Peradilan Agama. (APW)
